2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The p9ph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. p9ph makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the p9ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. p9ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.
2.5 Account Verification. p9ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p9ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. p9ph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify p9ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. p9ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. p9ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
3.4 Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. p9ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that shows signs of unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security compromise.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p9ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. p9ph strictly does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Credit card gambling deposits are also prohibited in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on p9ph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. p9ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. p9ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds obtained through illegal means. p9ph cooperates fully with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
5.1 General. p9ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. p9ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to abuse the promotion system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Modification of Promotions. p9ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated on the Platform.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the p9ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All p9ph games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results. p9ph is committed to maintaining the integrity of all games on the Platform.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, p9ph reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. p9ph will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact p9ph customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. p9ph's decision on disputed game results, made after review of server logs and game records, shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p9ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the p9ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of p 9ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
8.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the p9ph Platform without the prior written consent of p9ph. Unauthorized use of p9ph's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 No Warranty. The p9ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p9ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p9ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if p9ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, p9ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p9ph Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the p9ph Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how p9ph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 11.1 Commitment. p9ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates within the PAGCOR responsible gaming framework. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from the p9ph Platform at any time by contacting customer support. 12.1 By p9ph. p9ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification. Upon termination for cause, p9ph may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real money balances will be returned to you subject to verification and applicable deductions.
12.2 By You. You may close your p9ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to p9ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
p9ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p9ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
